MonthlyTrack ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use our mobile application.

MonthlyTrack is designed as an offline-first application. We prioritize your privacy by keeping your data on your device.
Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number to external servers. All data entered into the app (expenses, attendance logs, product counts) is stored locally on your device's internal database.
Biometric Data: If you enable the "Secure Edit Mode" or "Cell Lock" feature, the app uses your device's native biometric API (Fingerprint/Face Unlock) for authentication. We do not store or have access to your actual biometric data; we only receive a success/failure confirmation from your device's operating system.
Files and Media: The app requires access to your device's storage only when you explicitly choose to Backup or Restore your data, or generate PDF Reports. These files are saved directly to your device (e.g., Downloads folder).
2. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, your information is used solely within the app to provide its core functionalities:
Calculating monthly expenses, salaries, and product totals.
Generating PDF reports for your personal use.
Creating local backup files for data restoration.
Sending local daily notifications to remind you to log your activity.
3. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage: All app data is stored in a secure local database (SQLite/Room) on your device.
No Cloud Sync: MonthlyTrack does not sync your data to any cloud servers. You are responsible for managing your own data backups using the "Backup & Restore" feature provided in the settings.
Security: We implement best practices to secure the local database. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
MonthlyTrack has no ads and does not integrate with third-party tracking or analytics services (like Google Analytics or Firebase) that collect user data.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
